MIXERA Gig DJ Agreement (v1.1)

This agreement is entered into between MIXERA Lino Vallebuona and the undersigned DJ.

1. Contracts

Every booking is viewed as a separate contract between the client and the contractor. MIXERA Lino Vallebuona is NOT the Client in this contract but the Client booking the gig. MIXERA therefore does not take any responsibility for paying the DJ or compensating for any damages done to own equipment. By accepting a gig, you the DJ enter the binding contract with the client and, if not further communicated with the client, have to perfom at the given date. If the DJ does not show up at the given location and at an agreed time MIXERA will not continue with payout. Make sure both parties sign the given contract when ariving at the event to make sure you have proof of presence.

2. Insurance

MIXERA provides 3rd party liability insurance for all gigs booked through the platform. The insurance fee is set by the given insurance partner as well as a 10% service fee. and shown to clients as optional. DJs can choose to opt out if they already have their own DJ liability insurance.

3. Payment

Payments are carried out through our payment partner Stripe. MIXERA Lino Vallebuona does not get access to your payment information at any time. The Client will pay the agreed fee and MIXERA will hold this payment through stripe until 3 day after the date of the event. If the payment is not held by MIXERA for any reason (see 4. Payment holding), Stripe will continue with the payout automatically. This normally takes 2-7 business days.

4. Payment Holding

MIXERA Lino Vallebuona can hold the payout of the DJs share for the reason that the customer complained about the performance or the DJ did not show up on time or at all. MIXERA can also hold payment for up to 14 days without the clients order but will have to provide a reason to the DJ at any given time.

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MIXERA ("Company") and the undersigned DJ ("Contractor").

1. Services

Contractor agrees to provide DJ services for events assigned through the MIXERA Gig platform. This includes music mixing, crowd engagement, and professional conduct at all times.

2. Compensation

Payment will be processed within 14 business days after successful completion of each gig. Rates are agreed upon per-gig basis, never below the Contractor's stated minimum rate.

3. Professional Standards

Contractor agrees to: arrive on time, bring appropriate equipment unless otherwise arranged, dress professionally, refrain from excessive alcohol/substance use during events, and represent MIXERA in a positive manner.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event. Late cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension. Emergency situations will be evaluated case-by-case.

5. Liability

Contractor maintains their own liability insurance. MIXERA is not responsible for equipment damage or personal injury during events.

6. Term

This agreement is valid for 12 months from the signing date and will auto-renew unless terminated by either party with 30 days notice.
