MIXERA Gig DJ Agreement (v1.0)
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MIXERA ("Company") and the undersigned DJ ("Contractor").
1. Services
Contractor agrees to provide DJ services for events assigned through the MIXERA Gig platform. This includes music mixing, crowd engagement, and professional conduct at all times.
2. Compensation
Payment will be processed within 14 business days after successful completion of each gig. Rates are agreed upon per-gig basis, never below the Contractor's stated minimum rate.
3. Professional Standards
Contractor agrees to: arrive on time, bring appropriate equipment unless otherwise arranged, dress professionally, refrain from excessive alcohol/substance use during events, and represent MIXERA in a positive manner.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event. Late cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension. Emergency situations will be evaluated case-by-case.
5. Liability
Contractor maintains their own liability insurance. MIXERA is not responsible for equipment damage or personal injury during events.
6. Term
This agreement is valid for 12 months from the signing date and will auto-renew unless terminated by either party with 30 days notice.

Payment History
How payments work on MIXERA Gig
- Customer sends a booking inquiry and you accept
- Customer pays the full amount (including platform fee) via Stripe
- MIXERA holds the payment until after the event
- After the event, MIXERA releases your share (minus the 10% platform fee) to your Stripe account
- Stripe transfers the funds to your bank account
